Murky water hid dead body in Mass. pool for 2 days - USATODAY.com

I don't get it. How can a public swimming pool, run by the city be so filthy that a dead body cannot be seen from the surface. The city goes on to say that divers 3 feet below the surface could not be seen. And yet children are swimming in this pool everyday.

Hotel guest fumes over smoking bill
