I don't get it. How can a public swimming pool, run by the city be so filthy that a dead body cannot be seen from the surface. The city goes on to say that divers 3 feet below the surface could not be seen. And yet children are swimming in this pool everyday. This is not a public swimming pool, it is a  cesspool. Edward Lambert is not fired? You can't make this stuff up.
